Our main philosophy is quality, meaning uniformity within the specification. Its not just a matter of yelling at contract manufacturers and saying, "improve quality, or else!". It must be built into the system. We implemented automation, inventory control and quality control in our production process in order to achieve the high quality requirement.

Research & Design

We designed and made our own LED products from the ground up. Simply tell us if you have any new product idea. Our engineering team can help make 3D drawings to illustrate your idea and build a quick prototype by our 3D printer.

Sourcing

We specialize in components sourcing. We search and only select the factories with good quality for our products. We provide sourcing service not only for LED products but also for auxiliary items like adapters, wires, and controllers.

Manufacturing

We do LEDs manufacturing in-house. We have assembly lines and production machines, such as High-Speed pick-and-place SMT machine, Reflow oven, Epoxy Injection machine, CNC and packing machine. 100% made & assembled by Atomic Tiger.

Testing

We have spectrophotometer and integrating spheres to precisely evaluate LEDs performance and generate test report. Unlike the other suppliers generally reporting theoretical / ideal lumen values, All the technical data we reported are true values measured by our testing equipment. We inspect quality for all our products.
